Operations Lead - Lean, Safety & Continuous Improvement

CHEP UK Ltd. in Durham is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee Production and Yard Operations, reporting to the Plant General Manager, and to drive a new operating structure with a data-driven approach.

You will develop leadership capability, deliver continuous improvement, uphold Health & Safety, and build a culture of accountability and operational excellence while guiding change across the site.
