Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years' experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.
Opdenergy is looking for an Operations Intern to give support to ours Grid Connection and O&M Teams.
What will you help us with
- Provide administrative support to the O&M and Grid Connection team, including organizing documentation and managing records.
- Help maintain and update contract databases and track contract deadlines, milestones, and renewals.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to O&M and Grid Connection activities.
- Assist with the monthly preparation and filing of O&M and Grid Connection-related documentation, including permits, maintenance schedules, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for contract drafting and administration.
- Help with administrative tasks related to invoicing and budgeting for O&M and Grid Connection activities.
- Participate in meetings and take notes to ensure follow-up on action items.
Who you are
- Engineering degree in Industrial, Mecanical, Electrical or similar. Valuable Master in Renewable Energy is a Plus
- Full command of English.
- Domain of the office package.
