We are looking for high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals to join our India Operations team.
Join the Operations team as SellerFlex Operations Executive (SFOE). As SFOE, you will be responsible for monitoring multiple seller flex sites from operations and compliance perspectives. You will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and meet operational metrics. With a customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will identify patterns and disruptions, analyze data, and anticipate implications. Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts, as well as travel to seller nodes for launching, setup, and monitoring Flex operations, is required.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor multiple seller flex sites for operations and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely launches and operational success.
- Identify patterns and disruptions, analyze data, and predict implications.
- Work flexible hours including weekends and overnight shifts.
- Travel to seller nodes for setup, launch, and monitoring of Flex operations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in an operational role.
