Compile cost comparisons, obtain samples, and present recommendations

Communicate product specs to production (e.g., shelf life, storage, handling)
Support the upkeep of product listings and recipe content on our website, ensuring accuracy and consistency
3PL & Admin Support
Send ASNs and check GRNs, resolving delivery discrepancies
Assist with quality control documentation and supplier issue resolution
Ensure smooth admin coordination between internal teams and third-party logistics
ABOUT YOUOrganised, analytical and a strong communicator
Calm under pressure and proactive in solving problems
Able to juggle multiple projects, suppliers and deadlines with precision

Keen to contribute ideas and improve how things work
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in food, FMCG, logistics or e-commerce
A working knowledge of procurement, supply chain or operations
Familiarity with sustainability, ethical sourcing or food safety standards
We understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed above. If you're genuinely interested in this role and in joining our team, we encourage you to apply - even if your experience doesn't align perfectly.
