Operations Director (Large Hotel Group)

VANRATH are delighted to partner exclusively with a renowned luxury hospitality group to appoint a Operations Director. This individual will lead and support a portfolio of large high-performing hospitality venues (4-10 locations). This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence across the Group.

This is an eyes-on, hands-off role - you'll be deeply aware of the numbers and operational performance of each unit without needing to micromanage. You'll act as a mentor and coach to General Managers, enabling them to thrive while maintaining accountability on KPIs, financials, and guest satisfaction.

With expansion underway, we're looking for an Operations Director who can help scale our success - not just in numbers, but in culture, leadership, and guest experience.
