Be part of a fast-growing, innovation-led SPF skincare brand as Operations Director to drive operational excellence, based in London.
Responsibilities- Operations & Supply Chain 
- Oversee all aspects of the supply chain including raw materials, packaging and 3PL
 - Manage relationships with manufacturing partners ensuring timely production and delivery
 - Ensure compliance with international regulatory and legal requirements for SPF and skincare products (with external advisers)
 - Lead demand planning and inventory management, optimising stock levels across all channels
 - Drive cost efficiency and scalability in operational processes
 - Implement and continuously improve SOPs to support rapid growth
 
 - Commercial & Strategic 
- Own and manage operational budgets and contribute to broader company P&L
 - Collaborate closely with sales, retail and marketing teams to align operational execution with commercial goals
 - Support new product development (NPD) launches ensuring timely sourcing, production and fulfilment
 - Lead the operational planning of go-to-market campaigns aligning supply with forecasted demand to maximise profitability
 - Manage the development and execution of artwork, packaging and compliance
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners
 
 - Team Leadership & Performance 
- Build, manage and mentor a high-performing operations team
 - Set and track key KPIs across operations, supply chain and logistics
 - Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement across the function
 
 
You'll bring 7-10 years' experience in senior operations roles within beauty, skincare or personal care, ideally in a high-growth or scale-up environment. You'll combine operational expertise with commercial acumen and a hands-on approach, thriving in a fast-paced setting. Your track record in demand planning, new product launches, supply chain management and stakeholder leadership will be second to none. Proficiency with MRP/MPS systems and experience across international markets will be a strong advantage.
