Responsibilities

• Develop performance goals and long term operational strategies in collaboration with board level stakeholders to meet company objectives.
• Oversee documentation of all operational activity to ensure consistency and efficiency of workflows, yielding optimal productivity and performance.
• Scrutinise current operational processes and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Streamline and implement new structures that create speed and efficiency to support commercial demands.

Qualifications
