Our client, a highly respected operator in the markets they serve, is seeking an exceptionally strong manager to lead print production operations from the front. As Operations Director you will drive and develop all print production operations, enhance the customer experience, drive efficiency, and enable new product opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop all print production operations.
• Enhance the customer experience.
• Improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Enable new product opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the business and customers to understand market requirements and translate strategic priorities into robust production solutions.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and lead the production team daily, ensuring projects are completed to plan and meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in the printing or packaging industry.
• Last 3 years at a Senior Manager level or above.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to delegate and prioritise tasks.
• Experience driving efficiencies and best practice across operations.
• Strategic vision and ability to contribute to shaping the future of the company.
