Job Overview

A state of the art print and packaging firm is searching for an outstanding Operations Director to join their executive management team.

The ideal candidate will have a clearly demonstrable background in lean manufacturing, or other major continuous improvement quality systems, and will direct and lead all manufacturing operations towards operational excellence.

A key component of this role will be the implementation and follow through on lean manufacturing processes to reduce waste and shorten lead times.

Acting as a hands on mentor, the Operations Director should be an enthusiastic, energetic, patient and empathetic leader who will help supervisors and managers become proficient in lean manufacturing practices and implementation.

Requirements
