Job Description
Overview 
Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Kensington Office, Harding Green
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm (with an hour for lunch)
Possible to work from home 1-2 days a week
Rotational half-day Fridays
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, acting as the first point of contact for agents and the central support team.
- Oversee compliance documentation and ensure company policies and lettings regulations are followed.
- Support the onboarding of new self-employed agents, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, systems, and processes they need.
- Maintain accurate company records, databases, and reporting systems.
- Assist in the coordination of property marketing, listings, and advertising.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure operational requirements are met.
- Support the delivery of internal projects, events, and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support across departments, including preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Continuously review and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and service.
- Act as a key link between leadership and agents, ensuring smooth communication across the business.
- Previous experience in an operations or administrative coordination estate agency role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or property management software.
- A proactive, can-do approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
