Why this role matters

Tradespeople in the UK lose hours every day to boring admin, chasing messages, checking quotes, and figuring out what they agreed and with who. TradeOS is here to change that.

We're a small team at Checkatrade, building AI-led tools to give tradespeople their time back. We've launched our first product and are now growing fast. This role is a chance to shape how we show up, connect with the trade community, and build something they actually want to use.

What you'll be doing

• Run our social channels, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels, using short-form video to engage trades in a way that's real and relatable

• Create content that's fun, useful, and built for our audience , from memes to how-tos

• Support new users as they get started, helping them succeed and feeding insights back to the team

• Be the friendly face of TradeOS , whether that's replying to comments or jumping on a call

• Help test, build and scale new GTM and ops processes as we grow

• Spot opportunities, pitch ideas, and make them happen, with support from experienced startup operators

• You might be a recent grad or have around a year of experience in a startup, content, or customer-facing role

• Strong instincts for what makes content compelling, especially in short-form video

• A sharp eye for detail and a naturally creative mindset
