Operations Coordinator - Student Housing & Property Ops

Unite Group in Edinburgh is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to support day-to-day operational delivery across a cluster of student accommodation properties. You'll coordinate schedules, maintenance, housekeeping and resident services to ensure smooth, efficient operations and excellent resident experiences.

Working with the Cluster Operations Manager and teams, you'll manage task queues, communicate with residents and contractors, monitor systems (CRM platforms) and help control costs while
