Operations Coordinator - Cell Logistics

Our client, specialized in the pharmaceutical field, is currently looking for an Operations Coordinator - Cell Logistics :

Start date : 1st October 2025

OPERATION COORDINATOR - CELL LOGISTICS - TEMPORARY

Tasks :

- You are the initial and main point of contact for centers, processing sites, manufacturing sites, etc.

- Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with centers, manufacturing sites, treatment sites, and third-party logisticians.

- Control the activities of collection, delivery, transport and manufacturing

- Solve problems and develop action plans

- Interact with internal and external stakeholders

- Enter and maintain transactional data related to patient schedules in the company s scheduling system.

- Train treatment sites on patient planning processes, if applicable.

- Record feedback from customers and partners.

- Create and update the basic data in the account management system.

- Actively participate in meetings

- Provide real-time assistance to external users on the planning portal.

- Control and sort requests and issues in the case management system.

- Lead meetings with clinical and commercial teams.

Profile :

- Bachelor level.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain.

- Ability to work in a team.

- Be customer service oriented.

- Good time management and priorities.

- Fluency in French, English and German (written and spoken), other languages being an asset.
