Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Oversee end-to-end shipment and customs activities across four warehouse sites
- Monitor daily operations, identifying errors and ensuring timely resolution
- Produce and manage daily warehouse reporting to ensure shipment location accuracy
- Conduct audits and compliance checks on documentation, declarations, and stock movements
- Partner with Operations and Brokerage teams to ensure full regulatory and AEO compliance
- Support monthly Revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
- Act as a key contact during Revenue (customs authority) visits
- Identify recurring issues and drive root cause analysis and process improvements
- Support customs projects, system improvements, and onboarding activities
- Experience in customs and/or logistics operations an advantage
- Strong knowledge of customs processes and compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills advanced is desirable
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across multiple sites
- Full driver's licence is key as travelling will be required
