Operations Builder: End-to-End Fulfillment & Sourcing

The Alchemist's Kitchen UK is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to build and run end-to-end supply chain operations from scratch. You will own procurement, import, production planning, stock management and logistics for ecommerce and physical stores, reporting to the CEO and shaping the margin model.

You will establish systems, hiring, and partnerships in a fast-growing, founder-led environment, with autonomy to define core processes and cost controls from day one.
