We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our team at Deerpark. About the Role

As our Operations Assistant, you'll be at the heart of keeping our Forest location running smoothly behind the scenes. From maintaining our cabins to ensuring every facility is in top condition, your work plays a vital role in creating a seamless and enjoyable stay for every guest.

Set within a peaceful woodland environment, this role offers a refreshing alternative to typical maintenance positions. You'll enjoy a balanced work schedule while working outdoors and as part of a supportive team, all while contributing to the unique Forest Holidays experience.

You'll take a hands on approach to a variety of operational tasks, ensuring everything is safe, functional, and ready for guests to enjoy from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
• Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable).
• Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
• Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.

Qualifications

• A positive, can do attitude and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met.
• Some previous experience in a similar role.
• A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather.
• A full clean UK driving licence.

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17

16 years: £8.00 per hour
17 years: £10.85 per hour
