Job Description

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an office-based Operations Coordinator in London Mayfair to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly. You will support partner recruitment, onboarding, invoicing, and general administration, acting as back-up Executive Assistant when needed.

You will coordinate scheduling, travel, KYC tasks, and ATS-driven candidate pipelines, maintaining records in Ashby, Dynamics 365, and HubSpot.
