Operations & People Leader: Admin, H&S & HR

Capernwray is seeking an experienced administrator to lead the essential admin, health & safety, HR and IT/AV support across our community. You will manage a small team and co lead a student Family Group, contributing to a safe, well run and welcoming environment.

The role requires practical HR and safety experience, strong organisational skills and clear communication to support staff, volunteers and attendees throughout the year.
