Job Agent The Department of Real Estate and Land (DIF) analyzes the needs for premises of the Vaud Cantonal Administration (ACV), manages and optimizes revenues, and ensures the maintenance, security, and insurance of buildings. It also manages real estate and conducts land transactions within the unit. Under the supervision of a concierge manager or an estate manager, you will oversee several buildings and take measures to ensure optimal use of the premises and infrastructures. Responsibilities Include contributing to the cleaning work of the premises and maintenance of systems (heating, sanitary, electricity), assuming responsibility for the concierge duties of the Department of Real Estate and Land (DIF) in the absence of the concierge manager/estate manager, actively collaborating with the professional school/college management, ensuring waste sorting according to guidelines, and participating in the management and recycling of waste. You will guarantee the image of the Department of Real Estate and Land (DIF) by taking all necessary steps to meet the needs of users. You will also ensure occasional missions of replacement or support at other sites managed by the department.
