Are you an organised and proactive Operations Administrator looking for your next opportunity within the insurance sector? We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected insurance business based in the City of London who are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join their busy team on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a professional insurance environment, supporting day-to-day operations, administration, and office coordination functions while working closely with multiple departments across the business.

- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and business operations
- Managing busy inboxes and responding to internal and external enquiries
- Coordinating meetings, diary management and meeting room bookings
- Processing and maintaining operational documentation, records and reports
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes for new starters and leavers
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Supporting facilities administration, including office supplies and equipment management
- Previous experience within an Operations Administrator, Office Administrator, Team Administrator, Insurance Administrator or similar role
- Prior experience working within the insurance sector is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
