Operational Training Lead - Scale Hospitality Training

Dishoom is seeking an Operational Training Lead to own how we train our teams, from new openings to ongoing site training. You'll lead the operations training team and site trainers, set practical standards, and ensure safety, allergen and compliance learning across all locations.

You'll translate our hospitality standards into scalable, visual training that works mid-shift, across diverse sites and languages, and support our expansion plans including international openings.
