Operational Risk & Controls Lead - Customer Experience

Aviva plc is seeking an Operational Risk & Control Team Lead to guide a team of risk champions within Customer Experience. You will strengthen risk awareness and governance across the function, advising on risk/ control matters and escalating issues to leadership levels.
