Operational Resilience Strategy Lead

Barclays in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operational Resilience Lead to strengthen resilience across Resilience domains including supply chain, technology, AI, cyber, scenario testing and workforce planning. The successful candidate will be based at the Glasgow Campus and work with senior stakeholders to align with the Group Resilience Strategy.

You will own the full resilience lifecycle from strategy to testing and regulatory compliance, driving improvements and robust incident response
