Job Description

We're hiring on behalf of a Lloyd's Syndicate with a global footprint and a strong presence in the London market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level Operational Resilience Analyst to step into a hands-on, delivery-focused role within a well-established framework.

The successful candidate will join our consultancy team on a permanent basis and be fully embedded within the client environment. In this role, you'll be supporting the day-to-day management of the firm's operational resilience and outsourcing framework - which is already in place and functioning - with scope to refine and improve processes over time.

What you'll be doing:
  • Maintain and support the existing operational resilience and outsourcing framework
  • Liaise with the COO, Legal & Compliance teams to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage oversight and reporting cycles, including preparing committee and board-level updates
  • Maintain operational resilience and outsourcing registers and ensure periodic review cycles are met
  • Coordinate key governance forums, including the Outsourcing Working Group and Operational Resilience Forum
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships in relation to operational resilience requirements and expectations
  • Support the submission of regulatory reports and improve processes where appropriate
  • 1-2 years' experience in an operational resilience, risk, compliance, or governance role (ideally within insurance or financial services)
  • A self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and third-party vendors
  • Familiarity with FCA/PRA requirements around operational resilience and outsourcing is desirable
  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills; confident handling reporting and documentation
  • Previous exposure to the Lloyd's or London Market is a plus but not essential

Permanent contract, paying in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
