Operational Readiness Lead: Pension Schemes & TPAs

Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operational Readiness Manager to lead onboarding of new pension schemes, coordinate with outsourced administration teams and the PIC transition group, and ensure go-live readiness in line with the PIC operating model.

You will provide oversight of readiness activities, develop MI, manage risks and Day 1/Day 2 actions, and drive improvements across processes and data to ensure superior customer outcomes for policyholders.
