Operational Readiness Lead, Capital Projects

Yorkshire Water seeks an experienced Operational Readiness Manager to ensure assets are fully operational from day one within AMP8. You will lead the OR framework across capital projects, coordinating with Engineering, PMO, and Operations to embed readiness into planning and delivery.

You will champion governance, data, and training requirements, manage risks, and drive improvements while guiding a team of OR Leads to successful handovers and compliant operations.
