Operational Learning & Development Partner

Appello Careline Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to design and deliver operational training across the business. You will lead onboarding, coaching, and digital learning initiatives, shaping capability and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and LMS experience are essential. The role reports to the Operational Lead with a mandate to drive continuous improvement, succession planning, and an inclusive learning culture.
