Job Description

The Housing Network is seeking a Business Process Improvement Manager on a 12 month FTC in Luton to lead end to end process redesign, driving efficiency and consistent service delivery across the organisation. You will embed standardised ways of working and governance to support growth and operational excellence.

You will drive system adoption, coordinate workshops, and oversee a Business Analyst and improvement backlog while reporting progress to senior leadership.
