Operational Excellence & Training Leader

Russell Taylor Group is seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement & Training Manager in Ellesmere Port to drive operational excellence and develop our people. In this hands on role you will lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S initiatives, build training programmes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
