Job Description

Location: Mansfield Head Office, Pleasley Vale Business Park

Salary: £24,500 (Based on Experience

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

The Role:

NAPIT is a leading Government approved and (UKAS) accredited membership scheme operator, in the building services sector. There are currently are more than 20,000 NAPIT registered installers and we are proud to provide customer service and administration for every single one of them.

An essential part of being a member is an annual assessment. The Assessment Team, that you will be working on, is responsible for booking members for their assessment with an appropriate Field Officer, in line with the NAPIT scheme rules as well as Team KPI's. Processing customer information, managing expectations and working with multiple work streams means this is a varied role, with customer service and great administrative skills at the heart of it. You'll be working as part of a team to ensure a smooth assessment booking process in order to provide our customers with the best service whilst hitting those important targets for the Team and NAPIT.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of diaries and assessment bookings

Be empowered to proactively engage in your own development, including quarterly and annual appraisals

Flexibility to work across multiple work streams and different teams within NAPIT

Effective and clear communication with Field Officers and Members, predominately via telephone and email

Handling assessment queries with a focus on great customer service

Working collaboratively across the teams in order to meet business target
