Open Water Swimming Strategy Lead

Swim England, the national governing body for swimming in England, seeks a strategic National Open Water Manager to lead the development and delivery of open water swimming across England from our location in Loughborough.

You will work with clubs, venues, partners and stakeholders to drive participation, safety and sustainability while shaping policy, programmes and partnerships to connect participation, performance and water safety.
