RJ4All is seeking an inspiring and strategic leader to join our team as Research & Policy Director.This role involves leading high-impact projects, driving our evidence and policy agenda, and collaborating closely with our UK and European teams, as well as RJ4All Publications and RJ4All Education.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social sciences or law, proven research and policy experience, and a deep commitment to equality, human rights, and restorative justice.
We offer a salary range of £39,378-£62,457 (depending on experience), generous benefits, and an opportunity to make a lasting difference to communities across the globe.
