Salary: £28,000 - 35,000, plus car allowance £2,000

Must be eligible for SC Clearance (Must have been a UK resident for the last 5 years).

The role and what you'll be doing:

Littlefish is seeking an Onsite Engineer to join our growing Service Delivery team.

Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance and willing to undergo NPPV3 clearance.

As an Onsite Engineer, your main duties will include providing effective onsite technical support to Littlefish's customers, including troubleshooting and installing desktop/laptop/printer issues, basic network/server troubleshooting, and administration. Your knowledge of End User Compute technologies will be critical through our Device Lifecycle Management service, where you will build and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and other equipment across the customer estate.

You will need to communicate effectively with customers and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and SLAs.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role.
  • Understanding of basic networking.
  • IT problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure support across technologies such as:
  • Desktop/laptop/printer hardware
  • Office 365
  • Exchange
  • Windows 10 & 11
  • Active Directory, Azure, iOS
  • Deployment technologies like SCCM and InTune.
  • Full UK driver's license & access to own vehicle
  • Experience working with an MSP
