Onsite Senior HR Partner for Site Leadership

Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead People, Experience and Technology (PXT) efforts across its sites. You will partner with field leaders and General Managers to drive organizational health, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives while balancing tactical and strategic priorities.

You will actively shape culture and risk mitigation, support mobility across campuses, and ensure safety standards and HR processes are executed with high standards and empathy.
