Onsite Senior HR Lead - Manufacturing & Union Partner

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Sr. HR Manager for a Roscrea site in Ireland, onsite only. This full-time role is 39 hours weekly (M-F, 8am-5pm) and covers HR for on-site personnel and additional locations.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment, payroll setup, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and liaison with safety, quality and operations. CIPD qualification preferred; 5-10+ years in senior HR, manufacturing or unionised environments are desirable.
