Onsite Senior Garden Buyer - Lead Growth & Sourcing

This hands-on role involves management of approximately 1500 SKUs and 50-60 suppliers. The successful candidate will own the category, drive sales, and build commercial ranges reflecting customer demand. Key responsibilities also include leading a buying team and working closely with merchandising. Full-time onsite work is required, along with travel to trade shows and supplier meetings.
