Onsite Production Manager: Lead Lean, Quality & Throughput

Catalyx is seeking a Production Manager to join our team and lead on the Longford site. This role requires hands-on leadership to ensure safe, efficient production aligned with quality and delivery targets.

You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Procurement and HR to drive improvements and plan for growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production leadership, strong ability to optimize processes, and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in
