Onsite Payroll & HR Generalist

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc in St. Austell is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of pay and benefits for employees. This role involves processing monthly payroll, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring accurate HR data.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Generalist/Payroll roles and preferably hold a degree or HNC. The position is onsite, requiring attendance 5 days a week.
