Speedy is the UK's leading hire provider, offering a wide range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services. We are looking for an Onsite Manager to join our team in West London. The role is Monday to Friday and will involve 42 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Support management of the P&L for the location.
- Management of the day to day running of the onsite hire and sales function.
- Management of the compliance levels of equipment for the Client base.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer loss, damage and call out charges in line with Speedy policies and customer KPIs to minimise risk to revenue.
- Effectively manage the digital role centre and utilisation to ensure deliveries, collections and exchanges are actioned in a timely manner and that transport is consolidated where possible.
- Liaise with all parts of Speedy to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction is exceeded.
- Maintain accuracy within all Speedy operating systems.
- Continuously develop knowledge of Speedy products and services, and utilise this to maximise revenue.
- Promote effective communication with the Customer, Speedy business, and supplier chain.
- Follow all company procedures and policies within the Company handbook.
- Provide full end to end support and deal with escalations, problems and queries.
- Deliver Customer Service Excellence ensuring the quality of customer care and service are of the highest standard.
- Manage health & safety related to the onsite facility.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Experience preferred within the hire industry.
- Experience preferred within the construction industry.
- Self motivated and conscientious.
- Able to prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Flexibility to meet demand where appropriate.
- Can adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast paced organisation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is essential.
