Job Description

GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Engineer for an onsite, client-facing role. You will provide hands-on IT support, manage the client's IT environment and work with Level 3 engineers to deliver reliable service.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in Level 2 support, strong Microsoft 365 skills (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and solid AD/Azure AD experience. MSP exposure and strong communication are a plus.
