Onsite HR Generalist: UK Travel & Growth Opportunities

WH Scott Group is seeking an on-site HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle across our Erith site with regular travel to other UK locations. You will act as first point of contact for HR policies, coordinate recruitment with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, and lead onboarding for new hires.

You will work closely with managers on employee relations, maintain GDPR-compliant HR records, manage policy updates, and deliver HR projects.
