Onsite HR Generalist - Manufacturing Site Lead

We Are Adam is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. This standalone role involves leading HR strategy for a developing site with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and local development initiatives.

The successful candidate will have strong technical HR knowledge with substantial experience in managing complex ER cases and be confident in working alongside senior leaders. The competitive salary offered is c£65,000 plus benefits, with a requirement for 3-4 days on site.
