Onsite HR Coordinator - Fast-Growth Robotics & AI

Dexory in Wallingford is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our People team and help manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to compliance. This role requires onsite presence in Wallingford for at least 3 days per week to provide day-to-day support.

You'll work across HR administration, documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations, partnering with managers and staff to maintain high standards and a positive, compliant working environment.
