Onsite HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Recruitment

Alexander Faraday Recruitment is seeking a confident HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This on-site, Monday-Friday role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make a real impact on employee relations and engagement.

You will manage employee relations cases, lead on-site recruitment, drive engagement and wellbeing, and coach line managers while partnering with unions and senior managers.
