Onsite Development & Community Manager

FirstPort in Wellington, Somerset is seeking a Visiting Development Manager to oversee on-site development operations. You will supervise safety checks, manage contractors, and keep records while protecting data and maintaining communal areas.

The role involves supporting resident engagement, building community links with families and authorities, and travelling to team meetings as required. 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a salary of £24,479 per annum plus benefits.
