Onsite Customer Care Coordinator - Relationship Builder

AB Graphic International Ltd (ABG) is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join its Customer Support team on site at Lancaster Rd, Carnaby, Bridlington. You'll own the customer journey from order acknowledgement through to shipment, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a consistently high standard of care.

You'll coordinate multiple stages of the machine build, plan FATs and on-site visits, and liaise with internal teams to provide proactive updates and accurate information.
