Online Team Leader (In-Store) - Lead High-Impact Service Teams

Morrisons is seeking an Online Team Leader to drive our in-store Online teams and boost performance for customers. You will lead the team to deliver exceptional, friendly service and foster an environment where colleagues are trusted to prioritise customers while contributing ideas for improvement.

As part of the role you'll analyse data, ensure timely order picking, despatch and delivery, and maintain compliance with policies and legal obligations.
