Online Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking an Online Store Manager at Kempshott, Basingstoke, to lead the in-store online picking and delivery team and drive the customer experience.

You'll coach a large team of shoppers and drivers, collaborate with store management, manage performance and scheduling, and ensure safe, efficient shopping for online and in-store customers while delivering KPIs and high service standards.
