Job Description

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a hands-on Online Manager to lead our Bretton online shopping delivery team, ensuring a seamless customer experience both online and in-store. You will coach shoppers and drivers, manage performance, and work with store leaders to raise service standards.

Joining our Retail division, you'll start early hours (04:00-08:00) and drive KPI performance while maintaining excellent colleague engagement and safety across the online and in-store operation.
