Online Store Manager - Lead Growth & Team

ASDA is seeking an Online Manager to drive the day-to-day online operation from our store in Bristol. You will lead and develop a team, coordinate picker and driver rosters, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining strong stock availability.

You will also focus on improving picking accuracy, reducing shrink, and delivering data-driven decisions to optimize performance and customer satisfaction across the online channel.
